What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, and Customer Support to:
Lead Customer Onboarding: Guide customers through a smooth onboarding journey, achieving a 90% first-time implementation success rate.
Build Lasting Relationships: Become the go-to person for customers, fostering trust and ensuring they feel heard and supported.
Provide Strategic Advice: Help customers achieve their goals by offering tailored strategies that unlock the full potential of CERRIX solutions.
Advocate for Customers: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, champion customer needs, and influence product improvements.
Monitor and Optimize: Proactively manage customer health scores and identify ways to elevate their experience.
Drive Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, lead renewal strategies, and encourage product adoption to maximize customer lifetime value.
Deliver Training & Support: Host engaging webinars and training sessions to empower customers to succeed with confidence.
Job requirements
What we’re looking for
Experience: At least 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles, ideally in SaaS or tech.
GRC Knowledge: Familiarity with Governance, Risk & Compliance is a plus.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent at problem-solving, storytelling, and building relationships.
Customer-First Mindset: A genuine passion for delivering results and creating win-win solutions.
Technical Proficiency: Confidence using tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, project management platforms, and data analytics.
Adaptability: Comfort in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
