To fuel our global expansion, weā€™re growing our marketing efforts in the USAā€”and weā€™re looking for a growth-driven marketing professional to help us scale pipeline generation through data-driven campaigns and social media strategies.

About the Role

As a Growth Marketer, your focus will be on driving pipeline growthā€”developing and optimizing lead-generation campaigns, running targeted social media strategies, and setting up the right marketing pipelines and reporting structures to measure impact effectively.

This is a hands-on execution role, where youā€™ll continuously test, refine, and scale marketing efforts to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads through the sales funnel. Youā€™ll work in a small, agile team, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, giving you direct visibility and impact on our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

šŸš€ Pipeline Growth & Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract and convert high-quality leads.

  • Drive organic and paid social media marketing efforts to engage key audiences.

  • Identify and experiment with new demand-generation tactics, including event marketing, partnerships, and industry collaborations.

  • Establish and maintain weekly pipeline reporting to track marketingā€™s impact and ensure alignment with sales goals.

šŸ“ˆ Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns for higher conversion rates and ROI.

  • Identify the most effective lead sources and refine strategies to sustain growth.

  • Implement automation tools and scalable workflows for lead nurturing and outreach.

šŸ“Š Marketing Tech & Analytics

  • Set up and manage the marketing pipelines necessary for tracking campaign performance.

  • Leverage marketing tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Lemlist) to optimize the funnel.

  • Provide regular performance insights and data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvements

Job requirements

What You Bring

āœ… 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing.
āœ… Proven track record in
B2B SaaS marketing, driving lead generation and conversion.

Execution-driven mindsetā€”youā€™re proactive, results-oriented, and get things done.
āœ… Strong expertise in
social media marketing, both organic and paid strategies.
āœ… Ability to
analyze data, report insights, and optimize campaigns for performance.
āœ… Hands-on experience with
marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Lemlist, etc.).
āœ… Experience in
data infrastructure, cloud platforms, or data automation is a plus.

Event marketing experience (trade shows, industry events, sponsorships) is a bonus.
