What You’ll Do
▶️ Be the trusted advisor for SMEs, scale-ups and global enterprises. Companies like Allianz and Revolut already rely on Penbox to collect and process data at scale and boost efficiency.
▶️ Own the full GTM cycle—closing new opportunities, growing existing accounts and setting customers up for long-term success.
▶️ Collaborate closely with the Penbox leadership and product teams. You’ll build on strong foundations and play a key role in shaping what comes next – there’s plenty to do and your impact will be felt from day one.
▶️ Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution—this is a role where you make things happen.
▶️ Be the voice of the customer—driving adoption, expansion, and innovation.
Job requirements
Could This Be You?
✅ 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales, ideally in a SaaS or strategy consulting environment.
✅ Process-oriented mindset—you know how to apply structure to complex operating models.
✅ A consultative seller—you thrive on helping clients solve real business challenges.
✅ Well-connected—you have an existing network in admin-intensive industries (a plus, not a must).
✅ Hunter mentality—you’re proactive, comfortable with outreach, and driven to grow accounts.
✅ AI-curious—excited about innovation and how technology reshapes industries.
✅ Bilingual— English & French and/or Dutch.
